Plum Point Park

Southampton Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23510

Located on 5 acres of land, the park is a site for environmental restoration. With magnificent views of the river from a park-like setting and access to the Elizabeth River, the city of Norfolk decided to make the piece of land a public park.
