Phase One of re-opening grants dining establishments the ability to operate outdoors with restrictions and limited capacity. We’re excited to welcome visitors and locals alike to dine al fresco on our patios and take a bite out of our diverse cultural cuisine. Norfolk’s businesses have worked hard to follow state and federal sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for their patrons, and we can’t wait to share our sunny Southern climate with you at a safe distance while we bring our convergence of culture back to your table.
